About the event
Join me for an experiential therapy event in Jupiter FL. This full day, co-ed event will begin at Blowing Rocks Preserve with a morning moving meditation (light movement/yoga) & reflective beach walk. We will break for lunch before heading to Riverbend Park for an afternoon paddle and 30-45min therapeutic group processing session.
*the theme for this event is ‘slowing down’
This event is for those of us who have difficulty with disconnecting from our normal routines to restore, surrender and recover.
