Individual Therapy

Service Description

The relationship you and I develop will be one based on trust, respect and understanding. My role as your therapist is to sit with you and explore aspects of your life that are challenging for you. Together, we can practice new ways to feel happier, more fulfilled and authentic in our everyday lives. Sessions can be held in office, video or phone sessions (select clients). Sliding scale is available for those with demonstrated financial need.
